February 19th, 2009Golf phenomenon, Tiger Woods and wife Elin welcomed their second little one.

Charlie Axel arrived February 8th and proud papa posted this on his website: “Both Charlie and Elin are doing great and we want to thank everyone for their sincere best wishes and kind thoughts.” Charlie joins older sister Sam Alexis, who was born in 2007.
