With a movie montage staring host, Andy Samberg and an introduction from Justin Timberlake, the 2009 MTV Movie Awards opened with a bang!
There were all-star performances by Eminem and Kings of Leon. Also, exclusive sneak peaks of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, New Moon and Harry Potter added an extra perk to this year’s show.
Twilight stole the show with 5 wins including the most coveted Best Movie honor. And, Twilight star, Kristen Stewart granted us with the best moment of the night: As she accepted her award for Best Female Performance, she accidently dropped her award and stated, “Yep, I was just as awkward as you thought I would be!”
